This is the gathering point, the one who holds resources for the many. Its shadow is dominance, hoarding position and calling it order. Its gift is synergy: the whole made richer because someone holds the center without owning it.
The practice, whether your kingdom is a family or a company, is stewardship: gather in order to distribute, teach in order to release. Power held this way relaxes everyone under it. When the center is fully transparent, gathering becomes communion, wealth with no outside.
